- We will pack and ship all products within 24~48
hours from the time you place your order.
Discreet Shipping:
Our products are shipped in white or brown box / bubble wrapped envelopes.
Shipping Timeframe:
Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is USPS ground shipping. You may expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days from the date of shipment
Expedite Shipping: We offer expedite shipping service via USPS Priority (2-3 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days).

Buy with confidence at Nitetrend.com. If you are not completely satisfied, any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Return of a defective product will not incur a restocking fee. We want to keep you as a valued customer therefore our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Please contact us at returns@nitetrend.com to obtain RMA# if you need to return or exchange an item.
All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment.
All returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice.
Please Note
- No returns or exchange after 30 days of purchase will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 30 days of purchase to be valid.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging).
- Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
- Returns are not permitted on any intimate merchandise (ie C-string underwear and Lingerie)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Pricing PolicyWhile we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, items on our website may be mis-priced or mislabeled. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Nitetrend.com shall not be held responsible for such errors.
The List Price displayed for products on Nitetrend.com represents the full retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.

Promotions
Promotion codes are to be entered in the checkout section under "Discount Codes". Once you entered the code, click "Apply Coupon", and the total will be updated based on the discount. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges or any similar processing charges. Promotion codes are not applicable on Sale Priced Items such as clearance products which already include a significant discount. Promotion code discounts are non-combinable with other offers or on top of previous discounts or sales. Limit one promotion code per customer per sale.
If for any reason a product is being returned, any allotted discounts will be first deducted from the value of the returned item prior to any refund or credit. Nitetrend.com may choose to modify any promotion or discount without prior notice.
